Crystal is a Certified Insurance Service Representative who has been with HUB/Miniter since 2009. Over the years, she has worked closely with every team and department in the company, playing a key role in driving business optimization and operational excellence. In her current role, she directly and indirectly manages departmental teams, leveraging her deep understanding of the organization to support cross-functional collaboration and execution.

Crystal is recognized as the authority on the proprietary MINITER system, using her expertise to continuously enhance its performance and usability. She integrates direct client and internal feedback to assess and address evolving client needs, ensuring the proprietary software is optimized to deliver maximum value.

Her extensive experience leading and directing concurrent, cross-functional projects has uniquely positioned her as central to the organization’s operational success. She is also responsible for ensuring that all internal teams and clients are fully prepared for the onboarding of new features and tools, contributing to smooth transitions and successful implementations across the board.
