HUB Financial Services 2025 Summit: October 6–8

HUB Financial Services is proud to announce the upcoming 2025 Summit, which will take place on October 6–8, 2025. The Summit represents a cornerstone of our internal calendar: a chance for colleagues from across the country to come together for three days of focused collaboration and preparation for the year ahead. 

As a company with teams nationwide, we thrive on the strength of our regional expertise, but we also know that alignment across every department is critical to sustaining our growth.  

The Summit provides a unique opportunity for every corner of HUB Financial Services to share perspectives and set our collective sights on the future. 

A Full Agenda Across Three Days 

The 2025 Summit will feature breakout sessions on Monday and Wednesday, bookending Tuesday’s full day, all hands Summit.  

Supported by keynote presentations and significant insights from our leadership team, each day will be designed to balance learning with collaboration. 

Time will be spent exploring market trends, industry shifts, operational excellence and deep dives into department-specific priorities. 

Breakout sessions will allow teams to address both challenges and opportunities within their areas of focus, while also identifying ways to work more effectively across functions. 

These discussions are being carefully designed to be practical, equipping participants with knowledge and tactics that can be implemented immediately. 

Equally important, leadership sessions will provide clarity on HUB Financial Services’ strategic direction and growth goals. Attendees can expect a candid look at where we stand, where we are headed, and how our combined expertise positions us to lead in an evolving marketplace.
