Toni McLelland

Toni McLelland joined HUB Financial Services in 2013 as Vice President, Director of Outsourced Mortgage Tracking Operations of HUB Financial Services and in 2020 transitioned to Vice President, Director of Process Efficiency & Quality Assurance. Prior to joining HUB, she served as Vice President, Manager of Consumer Lending Product Management for Fifth Third Bank

Toni began her financial services career in 1985 with Associates First Capital, which was acquired by Citi in 2002, where she held various positions and served as Vice President, Mortgage Banking Operations for CitiFinancial Mortgage until she left to join Fifth Third Bank in 2005.

Toni has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held various leadership roles in product development & management, credit risk, investor relations, mortgage banking operations, M & A, marketing, and finance.
